REQUEST: PCX Tutorial

Could one of you clever chaps post instructions on how to make PCX files? I'm working on my mod, and I'd like to add a couple of resources (Timber and Oasis, maybe bananas too) without changing the ones already there. I've seen files with each of them, but not both, and I'd like to figure how to do this on my own.

Also concerning the .pcx

Could someone also send tutorial/material/ideas how to make terrain tiles easily? So that the tiles doesn't look tiled.. Is there any logical system or is it just black magic?

My solution is to up the attack points and defense on all modern units a reasonable amount. I think I went up 5 on de and att on bb.Dont have those problems against outdated units now.

Give me pictures and I can do it for you. After creating a unit, that will be a walk in the park.
