Request: "(Station_Name) is under attack!" Notification

So I'm trying to learn the ins and outs of civ modding, but this seems like a simple enough request. Just a notification to let me know a station is being damaged. My last game ARC decided to eliminate one of my trading partners and by the time I noticed it was too late to intervene.

It would be even better if we could have some diplomatic options for dealing with stations, like protected City States in Civ V, but that would probably require a bit more work.
