We need a CvCoreGameDLL with a billion (35) civs made for the new patch! I have no knowledge of how to do this, so I am making a request to all you SDK-ers out there! You guys can post other requests here too I guess.

I found a dll by Lt. Bob for 40 civs on the mod components subforum. He doesn't recomend starting a game w/ more than 34 civs, but the extra spots are for colonies.
