Research Agreements not producing science

Hi all,

I attach two autosaves - one before, one after my research agreement completes. This is the second time in my game where an RA completed with no apparent effect. Wondering if I'm missing something? I have PT and Scientific Revolution and my RA is with the tech leader, so there's no way it was too insubstantial to produce results.

Would be trememdously grateful to anyone taking a look at this for me. Cheers.

Polynesia backstabbed you, canceling your DoF and hence the RA.
