Resevoir Dogs

Apparantley Mr. Pink was apprehended if I remember correctly. There is a web site that you could go to that will explain what happened. Basically the guy had some sort of audio equipment that could drown out a lot of the sounds leaving the outside dialogue audiable.

This website seems to be similar to the one you refer to :)

Mr pink's fate

to this day I still dont know who shot nice guy eddy. I dont believe for one minute white shot twice.

That site reckons Keitel's character, Mr White shot him, it says he got 2 shots off basically

No no no, FLOPPA said that. If you rewind and pay attention a few times in a row, you'll see it. :)

He is right about Keitel not really moving far enough but it sure is quick enough.

I mean that it's Quentins best (mind you that I haven't seen Kill Bill)
I enjoyed Kill Bill, but it and Resevoir Dogs are different animals I think. Resevoir Dogs, Pulp Fiction and Jackie Brown were all about the characters. Kill Bill is pure revenge and extreme--to the point of being totally unbelievable yet still enjoyable--action and comic gore. However it's not totally devoid of character development and I'm curious to see how things go in Kill Bill Vol 2.

Site/You bah, same difference ;)

Mr. Pink probably dies. I turned the volume up the second time I saw it and I heard a car squealing, alot of cops yelling, a "Get out of the car" and then gunshots. I'm pretty sure he didn't get out alive.

I don't think it really matters whether Mr. White got off a second shot or not. Either way he killed Mr. Orange and then was killed by the cops.

Oh, and I'm pretty sure Mr. Pink shot Nice Guy Eddie. After all, no one pointed a gun at Eddie and yet he got shot, and when the camera shows Mr. Pink under the ramp he has a gun in hand. Whether he shot him to get the diamonds or not is debatable, but Mr. Pink was actually one of the characters I liked in the movie. He seemed like he was loyal and logical. I don't think he would kill him just to get the diamonds. :)

(Not to say that I didn't like Mr. Orange - telling Mr. White he was a cop was a great thing to do - or Mr. White.)

EDIT: That's a good website, apparently Mr. Pink chose to go down quietly. An interesting thing to do, on one hand it seems braver to go down guns blazing, but on the other hand it also seems brave to take the prison sentence - he's going to be the only one to get the punishment for all the crimes they committed, so it will be harsh...

EDIT 2: Hmm, the website says that Mr. White shoots Eddie and Joe. Interesting. I definetely noticed two shots, but I thought they were both at Joe...

Definitely one of the greatest films ever, including an exceptionally brilliant screenplay and a wonderful cast.

The scene involving the copper, with Mr. Blonde is one of my favourites, and the camera zooming away from the removal of the ear, makes it seem more graphic than it is.. The footage on the DVD showing cutting off the ear just doesn't do it.

Is a shame that mainstream Hollywood cannot make a film like this, instead release the same old bull **** year in, year out.

One of my favorite movies. QT is one hell of a story teller (even if his acting sucks). The random jumping from scene to scene keeps you on your toes wondering what to expect next. Some great dialogue and casting in this movie.

Have any of you guys seen the uncut director's version that show's the events of the robbery itself?

Where they smash glass and Orange goes shooting? Alarms start... Is that special or normal?

Not seen that version no, want to though :D

I don't want to see it. I like it when they don't show the crime. Its interesting, because you get the different points of view on what happened (Mr. Blonde's and everyone else) without really knowing what happened.

Great movie! :D I'm not someone who can watch at a torture scene easily though, but the movie was still great! ;)

This is the second movie that i've seen for the first time, then see a thread by cg in the OT...

Anyway I liked it, great movie. Although it did take me a while to realise that the whole movie was virtually going to be in the warehouse :)

Huh, football was finished at 22:30, reservoir dogs started at 23:30. Since there were no interviews after the match.....
