When I load a C2C game (or start a new game), no matter what the toggle resource displays is disabled. Turning it off or on does nothing. But when I exit to the main menu and load a game again, it starts working again. If I load a 3rd game for whatever reason, it becomes disabled again.
I have no clue whats going on but its pretty annoying because it means I have to load a game twice if i want tohave the display resource bubble option on (and I always do).
Older versions didnt do this, though I did miss out on a few revisions.
