Resource discovery

Hey guy

I've been tweaking the resource discovery capabilities in this mod and wanted to know what you guys think of the following new discovery chances:-

Farms can now also discover (in addition to CORN, RICE, WHEAT and POTATO):

DYE
INCENSE
SILK
SPICES
SUGAR
CANNABIS
COFFEE
COTTON
TOBACCO


Forest preserves can now discover:-

BANANA
DEER
FUR
LEMON
OLIVES
APPLE
RUBBER


Of course the appropriate improvement will then be required to harvest the resource.

I have been thinking of something that will be able to discover cows, pig and sheep.

Would it be prudent to allow cottages and hamlets to discover cows and pig (and possibly villages). Kinda makes sense to me... let me know what you guys think :)

I've thought about doing something like this. I think it would make sense to allow plantations to be built anywhere and give them a commerce boost, so they would be more like an ordinary improvement, and let them discover tobacco, spices, dye, etc. That would also free up farms for the discovery of livestock.

I like your idea with forest preserves, though. Would make that improvement much more useful.

Ive also added cows, pig and sheep as a discovery chance for cottages, hamlets and villages. Keep your fingers crossed as they upgrade to towns LOL :)

Well, I always understood plantations to be simply commerce-oriented farms, so I think the idea could make sense. Or they could represent the cultivation of resources not present in the game (various fruits, etc.)
