Resource Reqs for Units

There have been similar topics to this but I could not find an exact one. I want to talk about the later era units and their resource requirements. one thing i tired to set up for some units is if you did not have a resource after a certain point you got post-apocalyptic units. While those are great this is not what I wanted to discuss.

There are VERY high tech units that I could build in a new game with no resources but like every tech researched and I could still build them. We need to take a closer look at these higher units and make sure if you do not have the resources you should not be able to make those units. Some examples were like the best aircraft, tanks, infantry etc.
 
The Naval Review added a lot of bonus prereqs to the planned late-game units (new and edited). A massive land unit review is necessary as well. The naval unit review implementation awaits completion of a few more dll projects, but in general it could probably begin being implemented soon.
