Have you looked at the resource pcx files made by Pounder or others? your best chance would be to look through the collections & compilations first.

There is a cocoa resource in the database, not sure about a chocolate resource.

There is a cocoa resource bundled in with the Firaxis-made Mesoamerica scenario. Find it at Conquests/Conquests/Mesoamerica/Art/resources.pcx

There are not one, but two different versions of such a resource for the raw material which have been made by people in the C&C community. Then there is also at least one version of a candy bar resource. So with the one Takhisis mentions that's at least 4 possibilities.
