You've a small typo in the template:

<Language_en-US> should be <Language_en_US>

Thank you; I just corrected that and uploaded the whole thing again. Don't hesitate to report other mistakes. (My fill-in-the-blank values like RESOURCE_ANYSTUFF and NEWSTUFF_ATLAS don't count, unless there's a typo or syntax error besides "undefined value".)
