Revolution Bug?

Seems to be a bug when I changed to the apprenticeship civic while playing with Calabim. The revolution would last 1 turn as expected but I couldn't research or produce anything for 20 turns.

Ah, gotcha. Must have not noticed that and it occurred at the same time as I changed civics.
