RFC 3.17 Crashes!

Help whenever I try to load RFC with patch 3.17 it loads the mod and then crashes to the desktop. I've reinstalled RFC seperately and reinstalled the whole patch twice but it still doesn't work! I need help! I do have the autoplay expansion installed by the way but thats it.

Does RFC have it's own .ini file because mine doesn't have one!

first install 3.17, then delete your RFC folder. Download RFC 1.181 (which is updated to 3.17 since the patch was released) and install it.
