3 of the 5 new civs:

Holland
Portugal
Maya

The late starting point is from 600AD, so if you use this feature everything will just start changing from this date.

Byzantines are in! as a non playable civilization. They will have the city as a big stronghold.

It is actually possible for Rome to transform to the byzantines or have them split off in BtS come to think of it.

Rhye has already said the HRE is not in, and that Byzantine is only in as a non-playable civ (and doesn't count as one of the 5 new civs).

Honestly I think that's stupid... We're giving the Mayans their own spot, and that area is already filled by the Aztecs/Incans. The Koreans would fill that unrealistic gap between India and China, IMO
