A list of Cultural Civs

With a city already in Palestine, Hannibal sends a group of settles to found in the north, near a resource called dyes. The citizens start a building called a granary, which stores food, which produces more citizens, which collect more dyes.
Soon after Utica, Qart-Hadasht completes another settler, and start a cothon.
Hannibals knowledge of the world expanded with the meeting of the Indians.

Another expansion to the Carthaginian Empire was the city of Rusadir, in Northwest Africa. The city started on a monument to Hamilcar Rusadir, the man who defeated barbarians in that area.
For some reason, India declares war on me. I dont know if they have OB with Persia AND Babylonia, so what will they do.
There was a special type of military unit called a mercenary. They were hired to help a nation with wars. Hannibal had hired them before, but not in this number. There were 9 Mercenary divisions hired for the assault on Babili.
A building called a cothon was built in Barca, and they started on a barracks. Rusadir also saw the completion of their monument.
A new idea spread through the land. An idea called Christianity. This idea was founded in the city of Utica. Hannibal saw this idea and said it was good. And it was morning and it was evening on the 118th turn. (A Simpson pink sprinkled donut for the almost exact verse)
The battle of Babili had begun. At first, the Carthaginian Mercenaries had heavy losses, but then they started to succeed. In the end the Carthaginians lost 3 axeman, a war chariot, and 2 archers. The Babylonians however lost 2 Bowman, 2 spearman, and 2 axemen. The city was Carthaginian, and they started on a monument.
With Babylon losing their capital, they begged for peace. Hannibal allowed it for now, knowing that his empire had what it needed.
On the topic of capitals, the Carthaginians completed a cothon in Qart-Hadasht, and they started an archer.
Hannibal decides to change his civics to Hereditary Rule and Theocracy.
Soon after this, Carthage is met by Persia.
The Romans strived for new knowledge, so the Carthaginians traded Monotheism for Mathematics.
For no apparent reason, Persia declares war on me.
Mount Utica has long since been active. But suddenly, it erupted.
And, Babylon descends into a civil war.
