It is a traditional song and as such the author never gave it a name (it probably doesn't have a single author). In such cases, it is customary to use the first verse of the song as its name:

Bulgarian: От Кога се Мила Моя Майнольо

English: "Oh My Dear Mother", or "Since the break of dawn, Oh My Dear Mother" ....

In the lyrics, someone describes to his mother an army marching to battle. The mother is probably meant in an abstract sense, i.e. mother country or motherland.

Approximate translation:

Since the break of dawn,
an army is marching,
horse by the horse and hero by the hero,
horse by the horse and flag by the flag,
their lances are like a thick forest,
their swords are shine like the sun,
their clothes are like a dark cloud,
they gallop like a storm,
they are lead by Tsar Ivan Shishman himself,
he is leading them in the name of Christ.

It's not Liszt - it's not even a Magyar! Though it is in a traditional Hungarian form. It is the Csárdás by Monti.
