I know this modmod has been cancelled, but perhaps as a reference for modding in civ V, I have made a city name map (not in excel, unfortunately) for Etruscan cities. Some of these are historical Etruscan cities in their native language, and some are rough conversions of Greek or Roman city names, using my approximation based on what I know of the Etruscan language. I'm no expert, so there may be errors in some of the names, particularly in the South of Italy.

The names in southern Italy are sometimes just what the local tribe would call it (e.g. Riggiu) or my creation based on the fact that A. Etruscans only use certain letters and B. Etruscan in written form tends to omit vowels where aren't deemed "necessary".
