RFC South and South East Asia

Do you mean TGA image files?
And for what?Leaderheads?
The TGA files contain the game font (i.e. religion and bonus icons).

Yes,I know that.
I do it with Asaf's gamefont editor.
Zoroastrianism should be a minor religion in this as well. In India they're a fairly influential minority.

And Chinese Faiths should be minor as well just to prevent ahistorical spread and taking the focus of the mod away from South and Southeast Asia.
Zoroastrianism will be a minor religion, was it an influental religion?
Currently not, only +-30000 people follow it present day in Inda.
I don't know how it was in the past.
Chinese Faith not, that will be a "real religion".

(Asaf's gamefont editor rocks :goodjob:)

Yes, Zoroastrianism was a fairly influential minority, and is to the present day. Called Parsis, they even have their own Wikipedia page. But it should be a minor religion like in SoI.

You should probably split Buddhism and remove one religion in China. How do you plan to implement inor religion? Same as RFCA?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hariphunchai
This empire were establish with both Mon and Lavo(Khmer inner land)culture (glorious culture in southeast asia as Khmer culture)

May i ask you what UA of Sukhothai "Adoption" means and affects?

Moreover you should add Salt resource as Luxury resource in land Chenla (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chenla), Northeastern of Thailand nowaday.
Many Salt mines bring much profit for Chenla wealth to bring them conquer Khmer near Khmer lake

There is a salt resource in RFCA you can copy

I'm considering adding Hariphunchai, but there is a problem...
I'm lacking leaderheads, most of them are already being used.
The only leader that is possible for them is Queen Jamadevi.
I will add Salt together with some other resources:Mango,Papaya,Coconut...
Suggestions for resources?

Papaya's actually Mexican. Of course you could spawn it later, but I don't think it spread to South Asia until the 1800s anyways, so that's outside of your mod's timeframe.

Sorghum is a good idea. Perhaps you should split up spices into the various types, or a couple of types? Also, potatoes spawning from the 1600s onwards, and yam.

I think Teak is also important as luxury

OK,no Papaya.
Sorghum, that's a good idea, but I have to find graphics for it.

Jade? Was that in South East Asia?
Or did they imported that from China?
Since Southern China is on the map,we can add it.

Should I add a sort of "European colonialism" that starts in 1602?

Sword of Islam has Sorghum, I'm sure edead doesn't mind if you borrow the graphics from there.

Two ways to go about this that make sense:

- end the game before European colonialism starts off
- include the major factions (Portugal, England, France, Netherlands) as unplayable civs with scripted unit spawns

I don't think it would work out to make these civs playable.

I found coconut in this post. I think mangoes are also in that thread.

I edited one of the marble textures and called it jade, and I think it turned out well, if you want me to post it.
Thanks, but there is already a coconut resource in the downloads database and also a mango.
I already have the graphics for Jade.

for teak, you can use timber from RFCE

I was thinking:

Definitely:
Pistachio
Camel
Pomegranate
Honey
Yak
Tea
Coffee

Possibly:
Watermelon

And change the cow art to the zebu cow art, in either SoI or RFCA.

Good ideas, now we only have to find(or make it) art for Yak and Watermelon...
Camels, there don't live camels in India,Tibet or South East Asia,do they?

Watermelon's on the first page of the resource downloads page. It's labeled as melon but it's actually a watermelon, many don't know the difference.

Camels do exist in Northwest India/ Pakistan.

For that little part of the map I'm not going to add camels, sorry.

For the Sultanate of Malacca, the UU could be 'orang laut' They could attack other units on their ships.
The unique building could be mahkamah. It would add i trade route and -75% mantainance costs.(and maybe it could also spread islam:confused:)
The unique power would be - 'Ikatan Daulat' - +50% happiness in all cities :crazyeye:

Dude,
would you please screenshot more map?
At least for the Indonesian.

I could help you find a better map though, if you'd like..
I can't stand seeing Sulawesi is broken to two piece and Kalimantan looks like the northern part had been pushed far far right by tornado~ :p
