The Powhatan
Leader: Powhatan
Capital: Werewocomoco
UA: Tsenacommacah - City Connections provide an extra 2 Gold. +1 Culture per City
UU: Pamunkey Bowman (Crossbowman) - Combat bonus vs Gun units, Starts with logistics
UU: Weyanoke Warrior (Musketman) - Bonus in foreign lands

The Navajo
Leader: Narbona
Capital: Window Rock
UA: Code Talkers For each DOF, the Navajo and their friend receive a 10% reduction in enemy spy effectiveness
UU: Wingate Soldier (Rifleman): Ignores terrain cost and is maintenance free
UB: Hogan (Temple): On top of normal benefits, the hogan provides +1 Food and Culture

Normandy
Leader: William le Batard
Capital: Rouen
UA: Norman Conquest - Melee and Siege Units receive and additional attack per turn.
UU: Chevalier (Knight): Receives a second attack and can attack cities without penalty
UI: Motte and Bailey: Available at engineering Can only be built on flat plains or grassland and never adjacent to another Motte and Bailey. Provides +2 Production and +1 Culture. Yeilds increased by 1 and 2 respectively after flight Provides same defense as a fort.

Ireland
Leader: Brian Boru
Capital: Dublin
UA: Something involving Faith and Science
UU: Ceithernach (Swordsman) - Doesn't Require Iron, Cheaper to purchase and can move the same turn a purchasing
UB King's Inns (University) +1 Culture and +2 gold after Computers

Quebec
Leader: Samuel de Champlain
Capital: Ville de Quebec
UA: Something involving territory gain and food
UU: Canadien Millitia (Musketman) Something involving guerrilla warfare
UI: Habitation - Fort with some sort of food bonus to surrounding tiles
 
The UB seems a little boring and underpowered if you don't mind me saying. It's just a regular granary with another resource focus. Or is it in addition to the regular effects of the granary?

On another note, the icon you've posted in the icon reference thread is really great. Looking forward to seeing your work :D

No problem, I just figured that with a powerful UA and UU I'd need something bland to balance it out. On that note...

So I've got some new civs at completion. Question is which one do you want to see first?

Normandy (William le Batard)
