Rise of Mankind 2.92 Crashes at Load

I'm not sure what's wrong, but I've installed the RoM2.92 mod for Civ 4

When I selected the Rise of Mankind from the list of mods, It loads for a second & the game goes to my desktop and in 10 seconds later the game crashes and gives me the windows pop up,

"Sid Meier's Civi 4.... has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience lada lada lada..."

I have installed the mod in the correct folder, I put the Rise of mankind folder from the zip file to
C:\Program Files\2K Games\Firaxis Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 4 Complete\Beyond the Sword\Mods

Any one else have this problem? I couldn't find anything on it on the forum.


My cpu specs are below
P4 3.4
2gb ram
Nvidia Geforce 9500 gt

You can delete this.
