Rise of Mankind loads but runs as BTS

Just like the title says. I can load the mod but when I create games it is the regular BtS content. None of the juicy extra's .

In the top right hand corner of the menu screen it says Rise of Mankind.

I'm a little confused. Anybody have any idea of what could be going wrong? I saw nothing in this forum like my problem.

OK I'm a noob.

Just for reference you can't unpack the RAR elsewhere and then move it into the MOD folder.

I did this before I read about turning off UAC.
