rise & rule mod convert civ4

Greetings all, just been playing rise and rule mod for civ3, i hope that this mod will be able to be converted to civ4, or maybe some of r&r have been implimented into civ4,

Well, they may make a mod like it for Civ IV, but it would be impossible for them to just port it over.

Besides, wouldn't it be sane to first play Civ4 and see if the issues that were in Civ3 carried over to Civ4? Rise & Rule addresses issues in Civ3 that might be fixed, changed or removed in Civ4.
