RL Question: How old are you & What do you do

I thought it would be interesting to get some idea how old are our fellow CFC Strategy&Tips dwellers and what we do for a living.

I am sure this had been done before, but this will be the most up-to-date poll

Start with myself:

[Edit:] I started playing Civ2 since 1996, been hooked to Civ series ever since, my damn college roomate got me started!

I'm 30, and I'm a robot operator in a factory.

EDIT: I entered in the Sid's world in 98 with SMAC, thanks to my roomates . In civ, just with civ III ( I still prefer SMAC to Civ III, but it's only my opinion )

Started with Civ I back around '93 or '94 IIRC. That game kept me up late and got me into trouble at work. Ironically it was my coworkers that showed me the game. I was a board gamer before that.

26, Computer Science engineer. I first played a pirated Mac version of Civ 2 a long time ago. Now I know better, and bought both Civ 4 and Warlords, and will buy BtS as soon as I can afford it.

i'm employed by a municipal government , but work exclusively with the local public school system.

Any massachusetts residents here? Your tax dollars pay my salary. Suckers!

17 Years old, at sixth form (for non-Uk people it's the middle ground between secondary school and uni). Studying, History (shocker), English Lit, Chem and Physics.

Got into Civ - had virtually worn out Empire Earth, looked round for a new favourite game, scowered for days, and found Civ 4, loved my first game, lost interest after that, came back a month later, and have been addicted since, (the fact that warlords came out 2 months after the original also helped feed the interest/civ addiction.)
