It's somewhat cliche, but I enjoyed it. I much prefer Civ4's Asimov quote for Fiber Optics, though. My favorite between both games goes to Civ5's Rocketry.

I vaguely recall there being an Arthur C. Clarke quote somewhere in there also, but I can't remember it ATM.
