Anyone have any idea how to help with OOS issues playing direct IP ROM 2.91 /2.92?

I really, really don't want to play the vanilla version. TBH: I've never even played vanilla Civ4. I can't contemplate losing hundreds of user changes just to avoid OOS issues.

    Guess there is always hotseat...

    Please, please, please, help me!!!!!
Cannot use torrent, because my provider in Italy don't support it (irrelevant if legal or not!)
Is there anyone can post a link for a normal download of ROM 2.92?

Could someone please just upload the torrent file instead of the magnet link exclusively?

I tried this, would get to 96% and have a broken file, part3 might be bad or I just got a bad download?

    Thanks, got it now.

First off, thx for a great mod - and hats off to all the hard work put into it.

Secondly, a few questions. I believe I saw somewhere that both Mastery mod and Greenmod had been incorporated into RoM - yet I fail to find a Mastery victory option as well as the option to have your workers plant new forests.

Have these components been removed or incorporated otherwise? Or am I simply just not looking hard enough? :scan:

I play on windows 7 and I don't have the user panel ones I start the game- no mini map, no command panel- nothing, just the naked game screen. Then I try to open the options, nothing happens either(both during the game and then I start civ using the rom mode).

On my other comp with the XP windows everything works just fine, so I can't get what's the problem. Please help!

Enable Error Logging (See the Bug Thread on How to do that) and post the contents of your logs folder.

Thanks also for link. Just a thought, someone might consider hosting 2.92 on ISOhunt, all the other mods are there, well the big ones. There are copies of 2.91, but no .92 as of yet.
Not sure why the link will only work with some torrent clients, I use Bittorrent and have never had a problem in 3 years of torrents(appx).
