In the Rise of Rome conquest, version 1.15b, Imperialism specifies unit support limits in the civilopedia and the military advisor shows units/allowed units. The domestic advisor shows 0 cost for the excess units.
Same conquest/version, when capturing an enemy city, any previous culture is *not* lost... the conquering civ gets to keep the other civs culture.
