With this section of the forums open, how about sharing and discussing ideas for my Civs? Any ideas, helps or constructive comment is highly welcomed :yup:!

All Civilizations require Brave New World. Some Civilizations and Core Files may require other files listed below.

Dragon Ball Kai Civilizations

Dragon Ball Z Kai - Core Files
Core Files containing the Dragon Balls System and various other things which suit to the Dragon Ball Universe.
Collect the Dragon Balls and get various bonuses!

Here are the ideas for Civs I have, but I'm unsure if I'll ever make them:
(If you want to make one of these civ's, that's fine, but make sure to contact me so I can remove it from the board.)

Dragon Ball Z Civilizations

Gohan Son
Leader of the Saiyan Industries (Idea taken from DeviantArt)
JFD's Cultural Diversity Type: Dragon Ball (Before Dragon Ball Z Kai - Core Files is finished: Colonial)

Unique Ability: Legacy of Goku :c5citystate: :c5science:
Enables the Zenkai System to transform into Son Gohan (Super Saiyan Form). Earn Zenkai per turn from every worked GP-Improvement in the empire. All Cities other than the :c5capital: Capital are :c5puppet: Puppets. May assign himself to a different city, during which :c5science: Science and :c5production: Production is increased by 50%. This city is allowed to purchase and set a Focus (dunno if it's possible via Lua as I have little Lua experience), but maintenance requires Energy.

Unique Unit: Great Saiyaman
Unique Great General replacement for Saiyan Industries. In addition to the usual war bonus the Great General provides, the Great Saiyaman is unaffected by rough terrain and may be expended to perform unique actions:

Perform the Justice Finisher Pose, which provides a 15% Combat Bonus for 25 Turns (might tweak it if it's unbalanced)

Expend it to refill Gohan's Government Energy.

Unique Improvement: Teleport Pad
In addition to the Defense Bonus the citadel provides, allows airlifting as stated above. The unit that does so loses all Movement Points, and it is not possible to send two units of the same type to the same Teleportation Pad (a civilian and a military unit however may use the same Teleportation Pad together). It also claims all tiles around the improvement by one hex, causing a diplomatic penalty if it happens! The same applies to city states, which causes you to lose Influence if they are not allies with you. If someone pillages the Improvement that belongs to someone (even if it is outside the borders), it counts as an act of war. Does not replace anything, since the UI is unique to the Great Saiyaman.

If he transforms to Son Gohan (Super Saiyan Form), he receives this trait instead:

Potential Unleashed
Cities are no longer :c5puppet: Puppets and Gohan's Government Energy is doubled, but he can't be assigned. +1 :c5influence: Influence per 10% Zenkai with every City State you have pledged to :c5strength: protect. May rush building a build project (Military Units, Buildings and Wonders) with :c5science: Science. Projects can only be rushed if the Spaceflight Pioneers or the Space Procurements Tenet is enacted.
(Well, I'm not too happy with this UA, but this might give at least an idea.)

"Leader" of the Fire Mountain Civilization
JFD's Cultural Diversity Type: Dragon Ball (Before Dragon Ball Z Kai - Core Files is finished: Oriental)

Unique Ability: Fertile lands of the Frying Pan :c5gold: :c5strength:
Farms produce +1 Food when adjacent to fresh water (not sure yet, if it's near mountains, then it's too much a copy of the Incan Terrace farm). May assign Son Goku and set his 'Work Rate' to increase the :c5production: Production in all cities, but doing so increases :c5angry: Unhappiness at the same rate. :c5occupied: Occupied cities however are unaffected by the 'Work Rate'.

Unique Unit: Flying Nimbus
Unique Replacement for the Caravan. More expensive than the caravan it replaces, its purpose is to establish :trade: trade routes to other cities, but the Flying Nimbus may pass through mountains and has the same capacity as the cargo ship. It may not cross over the ocean until Astronomy has been discovered.

Dabura
Leader of the Demon's Realm
JFD's Cultural Diversity Type: Dragon Ball (Before Dragon Ball Z Kai - Core Files is finished: Southern/Mesopotamic)

Unique Ability: Realm of the Demon's Hell :c5culture: :c5greatperson:
Enables the Kili System to transform into the Lucifer. Earn Kili per turn from every worked Desert Tile in your empire. Earn an additional Demonic Version of the :c5greatperson: Great Person after the original person was used up, but Demonic Versions of :c5greatperson: Great People may only use the instant actions of their corresponding :c5greatperson: Great Person at half effectiveness. This does not affect the Great People counter, and Great Generals, Great Admirals and Great Persons which are destroyed (or consumed through Decisions) do not spawn a demonic version of the Great Person.

Uniques for Dabura are yet to be decided (Idea are welcome!)

If Dabura transforms into Lucifer, he, like Gohan, receives a different ability (which I haven't got any Ideas yet).

Tarble(This is more like a Dragon Ball Z/Star Ocean hybrid, and thus considered non-canon)
Leader of the Tech-Tech Civilization

Unique Ability: Technological Superpower :c5happy: :c5production:
Enables the Zenkai System to transform into Tarble (Super Saiyan). Earn Zenkai per turn from every worked Greenhouse in the empire. All national wonders have additional slots for Great Works of Art, which, if filled with a Craftsman’s Guild Artifact, give an additional +1 :c5production: Production for each Greenhouse in the city’s radius.

Unique Unit: Inventor
Does not replace anything, but may only be acquired via Tarble's trait with Inventor Points. Inventors may be expended to either rush a building at half effectiveness or to create a Craftsman’s Guild Artifact, which is placed in the next Great Work of Art-Slot. Craftsman's Guild Artifacts provide +1 :c5production: Production for each Greenhouse in the city’s radius.

Unique Improvement: Greenhouse
Unique Improvement which may only be constructed by Tech-Tech on tiles with fresh water. Provides +1 :c5food: and :c5culture:, 1 :c5greatperson: Inventor Point, an additional +1 :c5food: if Ecology (Environmentalism in Bouncymischa's Future Worlds) has been researched, and +1 :c5production: Production if worked by a city with a Craftsman's Guild Artifact. Greenhouses can't be built next to each other.

If he transforms to Tarble (Super Saiyan), he receives this trait instead:

Gure & Izak's Mechateer
Grants :c5greatperson: Inventor points whenever a city finishes constructing a Unit, Building, or Wonder, equal to 2% of its :c5production: Production Cost. (Items bought with :c5gold: Gold and :c5faith: Faith do not count. Greenhouses produce +1 :c5production: Production if worked by a city with a Craftsman's Guild Artifact.

Bojack (Requires either JFD's Mercenaries or Rise to Power Mod, due to the trait being based on the number of Mercenary Contracts)
Leader of Bojack's Space Fighters Civilization
JFD's Cultural Diversity Type: Dragon Ball (Before Dragon Ball Z Kai - Core Files is finished: Oceanic???, actually I have no Idea)

Unique Ability: Unbounded Influence of the Hera :c5war: :c5influence:
Bojack may not settle new cities, but may peacefully acquire any city-states which you could demand tribute from. Mercenary Contracts taken by any civilization provide :c5gold: Gold and :c5culture: Culture per turn (dependent on your current era). Mercenary Contracts are 25% cheaper in maintenance and last 25% longer.

Unique Unit 1: Hera Mercenary
Exclusive Unique Unit for Bojack, only to be acquired by Mercenary Contracts (and probably by the Volunteer Army Tenet). In addition to the Foreign Territory Bonus the Foreign Legion has, the Hera Mercenary has a :c5strength: Combat Bonus against other Mercenary units.

Unique Unit 2: Hera Merchant/Dignitary
(For Mercenaries Vanilla)
Replacing the Great Merchant, the Hera Merchant may construct a Customs House, or conduct a Trade Mission, granting more Influence and beginning a 'We love the King Day' in all cities.

(For Rise to Power)
Replacing the Great Dignitary, the Hera Dignitary has the same abilities the Great Dignitary has, but expending the unit for Dignitaries grants an additional Magistrate.
 
Other Civilizations

Mitsuru Kirijo (Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 3/4)
Leader of the Kirijo Group
JFD's Cultural Diversity Type: Western (Due to her strong french influence)

Unique Ability: Heir of the Kirijo Trust :c5citystate: :c5influence:
Enables the Shadow System to collect Soul Energy to transform into the 'Imperious Queen'. May collect Blueprints from defeated shadows that appear every X Turns and cannot be defeated without a Trust Ambassador or an Anti-Shadow-Weapon in range. Blueprints are special Artifacts that provide an additional :c5science: Science Bonus in the :c5capital: Capital.

Unique Unit 1: Anti-Shadow-Weapon
Unique Replacement for the XCOM-Trooper. In addition to the Skydiving Promotion, it is slightly stronger than the XCOM-Trooper (110 vs 100), may perform a ranged attack before the melee attack and has a 100% bonus against barbarians. Anti-Shadow-Weapons are able to collect blueprints.

Unique Unit 2: Trust Ambassador
Unique Replacement for the Great Merchant. In addition to the Trade Missions and the Customs Houses the Trust Ambassador may build, the Trust Ambassador allows collecting Blueprints, which are vital for Mitsuru’s Trait. May also be expended to found a city, which begins with a Shadow Operatives HQ.

If Mitsuru Kirijo has enough Soul Energy to transform, she instead receives this trait:

Imperious Queen of Executions
May collect Blueprints from defeated shadows that appear every X Turns and cannot be defeated without a Trust Ambassador or an Anti-Shadow-Weapon in range. Blueprints are special Artifacts that provide an additional :c5science: Science Bonus in the :c5capital: Capital. If all 12 Blueprints are collected, then the :c5capital: Capital emits a powerful aura similar to a Nuclear Missile that threatens all civilizations and city states. Gain +25% :c5strength: combat strength against any civilization you are at war with and were denounced by.

Teddie (Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 4)
Leader of the Mayonaka Channel Civilization
JFD's Cultural Diversity Type: ???

Unique Ability: My Bear-riffic nose never fails!
Enables the Gems and Stones System to collect Gems and Stones, unique Strategic Resources, to exchange them for various bonuses. May transform into Teddie (Human Form), during which Gems & Stones Production is doubled (This however consumes 1 Magatsu Xandrite per turn).

Unique Unit 1: Admiral Teddie
Unique Replacement for the Great Admiral. Different than the Great Admiral, Admiral Teddies provide a :c5strength: Combat Bonus which is always active regardless of in Land or embarked, however Admiral Teddie cannot be expended to repair all ships in range. May also appear in non-coastal cities. Barbarian and enemy units always yield a Magatsu Xandrite if killed within 3 tiles in range of an Admiral Teddie.

Unique Building: Shiroku Store
Unique Replacement for the Market which it replaces, the Shiroku Store gives an additional Magatsu Xandrite and increases City Production towards Gems and Stones by 20% for every Policy taken in the Commerce Tree (Opener not included).

If Teddie has enough Magatsu Xandrite Stones to transform, he instead receives this trait:

Midnight Channel Shadow Trivia (I know the name sucks)
Gems & Stones Production is doubled (you receive double the amount of what you will normally receive). When a Great Person is born, all cities celebrate 'We Love the King Day' for 5 turns (stacks).

Gary Smith (Bully/Canis Canem Edit)
Leader of ??? (possibly New Hampshire)
JFD's Cultural Diversity Type: Totalitarian/Colonial

Unique Ability: Egocentric, yet Brilliant Manipulator :c5influence: :c5science:
Enables the Stability System (comparable to JFD's Piety yield) which gives out various bonuses and penalties depending on Gary's Mood. Earn 1 Delegate from every civilization that were denounced by another civilization (not including yourself). When you meet a major civilization, gain a one-time-boost in Mood and the Mood Points increase so long as you have a DoF with a major civ.

Unique Unit 1: Medicationist
Unique Replacement for the Missionary. In addition to the usual Abilities the Missionary has, the Medicationist lacks the Unwelcome Evangelist Penalty and may also be expended to increase Gary's Mood.

Unique Unit 2: Great Medicationist
A unique Great Person that only exists in JFD's Cities in Development. Replaces the Great Doctor and only Gary may acquire it. In addition to the usual Abilities the Great Doctor has, the Great Medicationist may be expended to fully increase Gary's Stability to the maximum threshold.

Unique Building: Bullworth Academy
Replaces the University of Oxford. Receive an extra :c5greatperson: Great Scientist/Great Medicationist (CID) upon constructing this building. Contains three slots for a :greatwork: Great Work of Literature, which, if filled, grants :c5greatperson: Great Scientist/Great Doctor GP-Points for each slot filled (and provides a major :c5science: Science boost if the Theming Bonus is gained). Increases the Mood Resting Rate by 25 Points.

I'm surprised that despite GTA's popularity, there isn't any major Rockstar mod yet :crazyeye:.

Leader of the Izumo Maidens Civilization
JFD's Cultural Diversity: Oriental

Unique Unit 1: Shrine Maid
A female worker replacement that constructs Improvements 25% faster and when garrisoned in a city with a Pavillon worked by the city, yields an additional +1 :c5greatperson: Great Musician point to the city.

Unique Unit 2: Kabuki Dancer
Only obtainable through the "Entice the citizens with the Kabuki Dance" Decision. This Unique unit can be trained in a city and may be used to either perform a concert at half effectiveness of a Great Musician, or used in a different decision to grant "We love the King Day" for a limited amount of turns.

Unique Improvement or Building: Pavillon (though Improvement is preferred)
Effects have not yet been decided.

I might consider Samurai Warriors Civilizations (they're not accurately historical) if SW4: Empires has been released, but might as well throw a random idea in.
