Hi, I'm been looking over the C&C section for Civ5 and I can't find anything that resembles rubber. Is there anything like it ? I'd love to have it.
For the icon, I thought of the image of tire but perharps other ppl have better ideas...
BTW, I ain't great with graphics so if someone would be nice enough to make it...I'd appreciate
