Rule Editor ?

Hi, I'm a new member here, though i have been lurking in the background for many weeks.

Anyway, I was wondering when I load the Civedit program and then try to change the rules (after enabling it and accessing the page) the sceen does not allow me to see everything. Some things are on the bottom below my visison. I can move it up and down but many things I am still unable to access.

Change your resolution to 1024x768.

you know if that is all it takes...

Anyway thanks for the idea, when I play the game again I will change the screen size.
