Rules.txt question

I edited rules.txt and thought I commented out Nuclear missiles correctly
";Nuclear Msl., ni ect"
but it didn't work?
just playing around but what did I do wrong?

Commenting out a line is effectively the same as deleting it; the line is simply ignored. If you delete a line, the game will read the next line as if it were the one you just deleted. So everything below Nuclear Msl. will be elevated in the table. You've probably now got a Diplomat that looks like a missile and a few other mismatches. To remove a unit from the game, change its prerequisite tech to 'no', just like the extra slots at the end of the list.

didn't see any thing funny other then I skipped building SDI and then got hammered as one would expect
