RUN problem

When I go to Start > Run > and I type in "command" and then click "OK," I get this message:

Help is greatly appreciated.

(I'm trying to solve a bigger problem, and then this occured )

EDIT: Ok, you just told me something very important in the chatroom that you didn't explain here. You ran an old software. Run it in Win95 compatibility. (right click, properties, compatibility)

Seems AUTOEXEC.NT was screwed up (that was the main problem). I downloaded a new one and now it works.
