Running Civ III on multiple processors

I have a machine running dual processors and was wondering if there was a switch or command i could run to get Civ III to use the processing power of both CPU's, or if their is some 3rd party software that would make it possible.

System Specs:

Asus A7M266-D
Dual AMD MP 2000+
1024 Meg. 266 ECC Memory
Geforce 4 Ti 4600
Creative SB Audigy
Windows XP Profesional SP1
Civ III + PTW 1.27f

No its not possible. Programs have to be designed to work with multiple processor and multi-processor pc aren't the typical game machine.
