Runtime error crash when taking Steam screenshots of City Management Screen

What the title says. I find that taking screenshots of leaderscreens doesn't cause the crash, but taking screenshots of City Management, or even the Tourism/Culture screen, do cause the crash. The crash isn't instant--usually what happens after I press F12 (take screenshot) is that the mouse icon will not be able to click anything, then the screen will go black. CTRL-ALT-DELETing out will cause Civ to have a message pop up about a runtime error, which then causes the program to close.

Update: This crash now occurs when I take a regular in-game screenshot, though oddly, taking screenies of leaderscreens still doesn't result in a crash.

Do you play with Steam? F12 is also the default Quick Load button, you might wanna change that. (F11 is the quick save one.) I had that same issue just earlier today.
