Quote from Komsomolskaya Pravda (KP) newspaper, war correspondent Alexander Kots [pro-Putin], quoting a militiaman from the Luhansk People’s Republic:

“We are waiting for our reservists, we will accept them as our own,” he told Kots. “They are their own. And we will feed them, dress them and teach them as necessary.”

It is completely normal that that is what soldiers need when they gets to the battleground.

Texts said are like this:
"There was a very important historical event for all of us. At last week we - the residents of the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics, Kherson and Zaporozhye (our parents and grandparents) took part in the referendum and made our choice. We practically unanimously decided that our future is in Russia, that we wanted to be Russian citizens. The choice has been made - a brave and right one. A new stage of our life began - as part of a great and strong Russia."

Dear Folks!

There was a very important historical event for all of us. Last week we - the residents of the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics, Kherson and Zaporozhye (our parents and grandparents) took part in a referendum and made our choice. We almost unanimously decided that our future was in Russia, that we wanted to be Russian citizens.

On September 30, 2022 in the Grand Kremlin Palace in Moscow there was a ceremony of signing of agreements on accession of DPR, LPR, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions to Russia.

Our past is inextricably linked to Russia, the lands where we live have always been Russian. Kherson and Zaporizhzhya were founded by Catherine II in 1778 as a shipbuilding centers of Russia. A few years later, the cities of Lugansk and Donetsk were formed, which became major industrial centers of Russia. All the time our regions were part of the Russian state, and only in the last 30 years have they existed separately.

Let's examine what a referendum is.

A referendum is a form of direct expression of the will of citizens, held in the form of voting on an important issue. A referendum is considered valid if more than 50% of the population votes.

We, more than 6 million residents of Donbas, Zaporozhye and Kherson region, have made our choice - we voted almost unanimously for joining the Russian Federation. We have the unconditional right to determine our future democratically by voting in a referendum. Our right to self-determination is enshrined in Articles 1 and 55 of the UN Charter and is formulated as "the principle of equal rights and self-determination of peoples.

The annexation of our territories to Russia guarantees us security, uniform rights and obligations on an equal footing with Russian citizens. Our choice is brave and right. A new stage of our life as part of a great and strong Russia has begun.

I've a feeling that all their haphazard propaganda efforts in Kherson will soon prove to be a waste.

And because the Ukrainians seem to be on a roll, they also have reached Krasnorichens’ke, which put the Kreminna-Svatove under threat and effectively cuts it. Girkin seems to be saying that Russians are about to evacuate Svatove under 72h (translation for confirmation ?).
Advances look very fast on this front, seems that the claims that Lyman falling would cause another debacle like during the Kharkiv counter-offensive, weren't far off.

It seems that the attrition over Russian forces that has been accumulated for months has been paying dividends for a few weeks now, and it's only accelerating.

Russian anexation of 4 Ukranian provinces
That's what Russia thinks. Or wants to believe.

(translation for confirmation ?)
Yes. He says the Svatovo inhabitants were told to "self-evacuate" in 72 hours.
I could give them some first-hand advice with regards to evacuation, but I guess those who choose to flee before the UAF deserve to taste their own medicine.

New thread after the Russian anexation of 4 Ukranian provinces
A coincidence; the previous thread hitting 4000 posts was the actual motivation. The fact of the annexation event and Ukrainian victories happening at the same time is nice though. Is the tide turning?

I hope this anexation will be lead to the end of this war, if the Ukranian accept that, what is very unlikely.

Not a chance in hell of that happening. When Kherson falls, the Crimean neck and Donetsk will likely be next on the list.

You’d think if they wanted to boast about how great it is to be part of Russia, they could have turned the lights on for a few minutes while they took the pictures.
Brightly lit interiors of schools, hospitals etc are a sign of the decadent West.

I hope this anexation will be lead to the end of this war
On the contrary. The annexation ensures that the war will not end until we liberate all of the stolen lands.
