While official site hasn't confirmed it yet, retailers already have the info.
Editions:
- Special DVD. Contains one Mediterranean map, soundtrack, printed manual and tech tree.
- Jewel DVD.
- Digital.

DVD editions come at October, 8. Digital at October, 1.
Digital edition is just a locale-limited steam-key, DVD editions will work with Steam as well.

Digital edition price is 499 RUR ($16), DVD edition prices are unknown.

I'm sure. And official site has Jewel DVD at 500 RUR and special edition DVD 1000 RUR.
Unfortunately, no digital version official confirmation. Not sure if I trust the only shop which has it.
