Russian email server license in new Launcher?

Just wondering what the Russian email server is there for in the new Launcher app since this morning's update was installed?
Can anyone shed any light on this, what it is for, and why I cannot seem to disable it?

Not sure, but игровой центр means gaming center. games.mail.ru looks like it's a Russian store front for purchasing games and playing them online (ala steam, though steam is pretty popular there afaik). Likely same for the Chinese characters. Probably one for the Epic store there as well? This is likely all the gaming stores you can purchase Civ on that the launcher can work with, and 2k's licensing for doing so.
