Same map - New civs

Is there any way to change the civs of a scenario-map?

I have this Earth18Civs and i also have Civ gold, and i would like to use the civ gold civs on that map, so is there any tool u can use to change them?

Or if not that, does anyone know about any terra map containing Civ Gold civs?

I tried to make one myself but i kinda screwed it up so help is appreciated.
