Do you still need to reload your mods every time you want to load a saved game from within your mods enabled?

No, it will load the mod automatically, but you need to still have the same mod (that is, a mod with the same ID and version number) within your MODS directory.

Thats not what I was asking.
It used to be that you had to exit out to the main menu every time you wanted to reload your saved games, whether within the game or not.

Has this been fixed?

That may still be the case with some mods, but most don't [never] required it.

I see. Well, if I'm understanding your question correctly now, no, you shouldn't have to go to the main menu first, the game will unload and load mods automatically as needed. At least I'm pretty sure. Then again, there's no harm in trying...
