Okay, this scenario refuses to load. It is the preliminary stuff for a map of Israel, 12x20. Is that too small? At any rate, the scenario will load to the Civilization choice screen, and from there a debug error occurs and BTS is forced to close. Does anyone have any ideas as to how to fix the problem?
Edit: To open the file, enter Properties (on the file) and remove the ".txt" extension. If in the filename no file extensions show up, then enter Tools (on top bar)-> Folder Options and unclick the option: "Hide extensions for known file types". Then do the step outlined above.
