scenario problem

I need an answer to this. I have downloaded scneario. I install them and when they load it brings me to the beginning of the Scneario as it should but as soon as it does that, it say I have been defeated. I havent even played the scenario and it says that I got my ass kicked. I dont know whats wrong with it.
