Scenarios Converter?

hi any Scenarios Converter tht converters its version from Vanilla to Expansions Version?

As far as I know that's done manually.

I created van2war.pl to convert a xlml from Civ4 to Warlords. It will do most of the work, but not all. There is also civchecker.exe by DavidAllen which should catch many of the remaining issues. Look in the utilities forum.

As for any python or SDK, well that is a manual process AFAIK.
