When playing a scenario (checked with the cold war scenario) the turn limit is always the same regardless which game speed is set. If you play online game speed 50 turns is reasonable but with marathon this number should be adapted. The turn limit is displayed in the victory conditions. I did not play the full 50 turns so I don't know if this is just a bug in the display or a bug in the scenario settings.
