* If not acquired VIA trade
** If not acquired VIA trade and/or the AI have yet to research it

That was my original plan, but there was popular support to get Communism and Espionage, so I had to change it. Although I do hope we will beable to acquire them in trade, or atleast Communism, and I can try to devalue Espionage some and knock it off the queue.

As long as it is my legal right, as the pollster, and as long as I am science leader, all polls from the science department will be private. If you do not like it then I suggest that you make private polling illegal, or impeach me.

Might I ask why you've decided to make all your polls private? It is sort of a change from the norm, especially for a Minister.

Fight the power, Strider. I thought it was an unintentional mistake, but it looks like it's willful contempt for common practice yet again.

Why don't you try to unilaterally "fix" the "problem" of public polls, like you have attempted so unsuccessfully with other non-issues in the past? Make sure you bring that chip on your shoulder to the discussion, because that is always the best way to find common ground with those who disagree.

On the plus side, your actions here aren't impeachable, but it was kind of you to offer the suggestion.
