Scout can't move (Not a Bug)

Hi, My scout has 2/3 turns left but cannot move, there is a barbarian next to me but I want to move away.

Any thought?

If you move into a barbarian's zone of control, you cannot move out. That's the new ZOC effect. If you move in you can only attack, or promote or anything else that uses movement points but but you cannot move away. You CAN move out the next turn, assuming you don't sidestep.. moving into another zoc hex, in which case you can't move out of that one.
