Scroll list of civs missing?

Hello everybody,

I am playing on a map with more than 30 civs. The normal game can only display up to 30 including your own civs. (I'm talking about the display of civs on the right of your screen that tells you how many cities they have and you can click on a specific civ to open diplomacy with them, etc.) The extra civs with lower scores are cut off and I want to easily see them on the right with the rest. I think I played on a different version that might have had some arrows to scroll up and down the list of civs. Scroll wheel does not work, I think the arrows are missing.

Does anyone know if this feature or something similar exists on RoM? If it exists, how do I turn it on? If it doesn't exist, does anyone know of how to code it in or get a patch for this?

You can change the number of civilizations that are shown on the scoreboard. Click the bug icon in the upper-left corner and then go to the Scoreboard tab. You can go up to 50 civilizations on the board.
