Scythian apostles healing on kill

It's pretty gamebreaking. Get a couple of debaters and march into the enemy territory. You kill them and get an AoE religion spread and then it automatically heals you

At first i thought this was a bug, but then I re-read the definition that "all units" heal... but even if it isn't a bug and is intended, I agree with you that it's pretty game breaking. 3 apostles can tag team their way through an entire continent and convert it during a religious war.

not a bug, but definitely overpowered and not really fitting with Scythia
