SDK Tool for ingame editing?

So awhile back they said the "Tuner" application would allow you to modify your games ingame, ala world builder.

How does this work?

Load Tuner (either before or after running Civ5).

When you're in a game Tuner connects to the database (all the tabs become active). Mess around!

Find "EnableTuner" in your config.ini file.

If you set it to 1, you can't get achievements, but the tuner will work.

Sorry Greg you are most definitely wrong. Setting EnableTuner to 1 does not stop Steam achievements (mine's been set to 1 for months and I'm getting Steam achievements). However, opening Tuner will turn off Steam achievements for the game even if you save/close/reload.
