Several years ago I saw a mod, where you could dry(?) coastal tiles. Something like in freeciv: you have 2 or 3 land tiles, than you can make a water tile land too. I'm trying to find it here, but no words help. Maybe anyone knows the mods name or could help me searching? "change water tiles", "dry", "dehumidification", "dewater" didn't help.
Searching for the dewatering mod but have bad english...
