I would suggest you look at El Justo's Civ III TCW or MaxRiga's Civ IV Coldwar scneario for ideas. A couple of the people involved with Civ III TCW were considering porting TCW over to Civ IV, but is a nightmarish, multi-year job to do properly. Seems like you have a set of ideas for your own Cold War version.

Sebiche, its good to see your proceeding with this project.

I like the setup and think the use of alliance as religions will work very well. The whole espionage scene could be used to influence countries just like in real life (hopefully).

Dont get discouraged if no one helps out at first....just stick at it and you will enjoy the rewards twice as much when your almost finished. Most tend to jump on the bandwagon when you have something solid to show for all your effort.
