They don't offer official support for the game under Windows 10, basically. This extends to other titles, such as Borderlands 2 isn't supported under Windows 10, but Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel is.
However, on that note, this doesn't necessarily mean anything with regards to the product getting future updates (as The Pre-Sequel isn't exactly getting updates either; they closed the developer offices in Australia last year IIRC). It just means their support network doesn't handle cases for those products on that OS.
