Hi, so as many others have said, it might be an interesting wrinkle to have the SS bring a downside, so the decision to adopt one would be a more interesting choice. I'm looking to making a mod (or hoping someone more savvy than I does it first) that does something like the following to reflect the SS influence on the civ. Very much open to other ideas/balance suggestions:

Sanguine Pact: -5% growth in all cities per gov promo (Vamps gotta eat)
Hermetic Order: -1 DF/Turn per gov promo (Keep to themselves a bit)
Owls: -5% production per gov promo (Elite smart rich folks working a bit less)
Voidsingers: -1 Amenity in cities per gov promo (Because cthulhu is scary)

Just a first pass, wondering what people think or if anyone is planning a mod at the moment.
